We are thrilled to share highlights from the successful allocation ceremony of Joe’s Villa Phase 1, which took place on Saturday, June 28th, 2025, at the estate site in Atali, Port Harcourt. This marked a major milestone in our delivery timeline, following months of anticipation and strong interest in the estate during its ₦15 million presale offer.

It was a day filled with excitement and fulfillment as new landowners officially received their plots. Clients, realtors and members of the Climax Properties team came together to witness another promise delivered.
