Behind the Gates: Joe's Villa Moves from Sold-Out Success to Site Development Progress.

At Climax Properties, we are excited to share a fresh update from one of our fully sold-out estates — Joes Villa, located in the serene and fast-developing area of Atali, Port Harcourt. This property, which sold out quickly during its presale phase, has now moved into a new development stage, and we’re proud of the progress so far. As part of our promise to deliver secured and modern living spaces, the construction of a standard gatehouse is currently underway. This structure will serve as a security checkpoint and a symbol of exclusivity and orderliness for the residents of Joes Villa.

In line with our development standards, our Project Manager paid a visit to the site to assess the progress and ensure everything is being implemented according to plan. His visit reflects our hands-on approach and commitment to quality execution on all our properties.
