Inside the Shell Cooperative Exhibition: What We Showcased and Achieved

The Shell environment is known for its strict security, structured operations, and commitment to safety. Because of these high standards, only a select number of trusted brands are permitted into its internal exhibitions and cooperative programs. This year, Climax Properties Consult Limited had the privilege of participating in one of these exclusive opportunities, at the Shell Cooperatives Exhibition organized by Coop East, Coop West and Coop Larg Cooperative.
Held over a 3-week period, the exhibition served as an exclusive trade-fair-style experience inside Shell’s highly controlled ecosystem—offering us the chance to showcase our estates, educate potential investors, and strengthen the trust that Shell staff and cooperative members have in our brand.
A Trade-Fair Experience Inside a Secured Environment
Unlike public trade fairs, Shell’s cooperative exhibition requires vendors and sponsors to be registered and vetted before gaining entry. This creates an exclusive environment where only credible, verified businesses are allowed to operate. For attendees, this meant they could confidently explore our offerings knowing that Shell only admits vendors who meet strict reliability standards.

What We Showcased Throughout the 3-Week Exhibition
Throughout our time in the exhibition hall, our team interacted with Shell staff, cooperative members, and other visitors—introducing our estate locations, flexible payment plans, development timelines, and the strategic value behind each of our properties across Rivers State.
Many attendees were impressed by the positioning of our estates near key infrastructure, emerging commercial zones, and high-growth environments. Our installment options also provided comfort for individuals seeking accessible payment structures without financial pressure.

Strengthening Trust, Credibility, and Long-Term Relationships
For many prospective clients—especially those in the diaspora or those who prefer evaluating brands digitally—our participation in such a restricted, secure environment boosted confidence. Being permitted inside Shell’s cooperative system signals that Climax is a vetted and trustworthy business.
This 3-week experience laid the groundwork for long-term engagement with Shell’s cooperative network, and we look forward to deepening this relationship as future exhibitions and collaborative opportunities unfold.
